Welcoming Yoga Classes

I attend the Hatha Yoga classes and find them to be very accessible (I had only limited yoga experience before attending the class). Barbara and Lis are very patient and provide great instructions on poses, with guidance on how to make the pose easier or more of a challenge to suit your ability. I also enjoy the variety of routines and poses each week with Hatha yoga. Highly recommend!

Friendly Inclusive Yoga

I’ve been coming to Yoga with Lis and Barbara for a few years now. They are so friendly and there is such a care for people that come to the classes. The yoga practice focuses on the person and your abilities rather than pushing difficult poses onto people. There is a mix of abilities in all classes I have been to and they give a variety of poses so you can do what works for your body. Hatha yoga in particular is so soothing and helps relax you and stretch out muscles. Bliss yoga has been amazing at helping to relieve stress and recover from higher intensity exercise. I really notice the difference on weeks I can’t go! Highly recommended!

Fantastic yoga classes

I have been highly enjoying Barbara's and Lis Ashtanga yoga classes for more than two years. They create a great and relaxing atmosphere in class to allow us to fully engage in the practice. I also love that they provide different options for a range of poses taking into account that people have different levels of flexibility or neck issues for instance.
During lockdown Barbara and Lis offered Zoom class and thus went above and beyond to maintain our practice. Great classes with highly professional and lovely instructors. Many thanks Barbara and Lis! Come and join us at bliss yoga!
